Peter K. Yu

Peter K. Yu is assistant professor of law and director of the Intellectual Property and Communications Law Program at Michigan State University–DCL College of Law. He is also a research associate of the Programme in Comparative Media Law and Policy at the Centre for Socio- Legal Studies, University of Oxford.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, he writes extensively and lectures frequently on intellectual property, international trade, communications law, international and comparative law, and the transition of legal system in China and Hong Kong. He is the editor or coeditor of three books and is currently working on a casebook on international intellectual property law to be published by Carolina Academic Press.
