Richard StClair

Richard StClair is chairman of the Pacific Region Chapter of the Internet Society and serves on the board for the Asia Pacific Top Level Domain Forum (APTLD). He is the technical manager and cofounder of the Internet User’s Society Niue and the holder of CET MCSE and CCIE certifications.

He has a background in RF communications. Originally from San Jose, California, the entrepreneur retired in 1992 and ventured into communications development in emerging nations. Serving as a Peace Corps volunteer from 1994 to 1997, he was in the first group of Peace Corps volunteers to Niue and later moved back into private sector development.

He lives on Niue with his Niuean wife, Sue.
